Damaged On Delivery

We will use the best way to pack your goods. In the unfortunate event of damage during shipping, please contact our customer service department. We will send a replacement for free. The damaged products return fee will be refunded to you.

 

Unsatisfactory Product Description

If the product(s) you receive do not match the description or product features, we will provide you with a free replacement or refund.

 

Product Damage

  • If you return the product(s) within 15 days, and it displays no sign of damage via human causes, we will provide a free replacement.
  • If you return the product(s) after 15 days, within the warranty period, and it displays no sign of damage via human causes, we will follow the items warranty terms to provide you with a free repair.
  • Damaged goods that exceeded the warranty period, or damaged due to human causes, we will provide a paid repair service. Please contact Customer Service for more support.

 

Warranty damage

Replacement

Return the product(s) within 15 days, displaying no sign of damage via human causes, and we will provide a free replacement. You do not need to pay any fees or return transportation costs.

Refunds

Return the product(s) within 15 days, displaying no sign of damage via human causes, and we will provide a full refund, you do not need to pay a return-shipping fee. The money will be returned to PAYPAL or your bank account within 48 hours after our warehouse receives products.

Repairs
  • Receive the products more than 15 days, within the warranty period, and the human damage causes, we will provide you with free maintenance, you only pay for goods returned and delivered to your shipping costs.
  • Return a faulty product(s) after 15 days within the warranty period, displaying no sign of damage via human causes, we will provide you with free maintenance, and you only pay for shipping costs. Damaged goods exceeding the warranty period, or damaged due to human cause, are liable to maintenance costs and the customer must cover the product’s shipping fees.
